Suggest a better descriptionCut cauliflower into small pieces and cook in boiling water 6 to 9 minutes til soft. Drain and dry. In the food processor, add all ingredients except chives, and blend til smooth. May have to do the cauliflower in two batches if it's too large then mix batches together. Garnish with chives.
