Makes about 10 cups dry mix. Place in a small jar and give as a gift!
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. In a blender or food processor mix one cup at a time until mixture is blended and partcles are fine.
To serve:
Add 4 heaping tablespoons chai tea mix to a mug hot water. Top with whip cream, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
If you can't find vanilla powder, mix 2 teaspoons vanilla extract with some of the sugar and blend or process until dry.
