Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Slice cardamom pods in half. Combine with peppercorns, fennel, coriander, cloves and cinnamon stick. Bake for 5 minutes or until fragrant.
Lightly crush spices with a motar and peste.
Combine spices with chopped candied ginger and black tea.
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp chai mix in tea infuser
honey or sugar to taste
Bring water to boil and add tea infuser. Turn off heat and let sttep for about 5 minutes. Add milk and reheat until hot. Remove from heat, remove infuser, sweeten to taste.
