Fun for Christmas, new years or any holiday party!
In a pot combine 1 cup champagne, 1/3 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Add 2 packages of gelatin, allow to bloom, then chill for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup vodka, 1/2 cup champagne.
Pour into a greased pan (9x13) and refrigerate for 2 hours. Pop out of pan and cut into pieces with a sharp knife. Sprinkle with glitter.
