Suggest a better description1. In slice grinder, grind chili powder,garam masala, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pomegranate kernels, and amchur.
2. Place tomato and spice in a small blender and turn into paste. Add small amount of oil or water as needed for thick paste.
3. In a saucepan, heat oil, add onions and pinch of salt and cook until caramelized.
4. To make ginger garlic green chile paste, put in processor and process until smooth paste. Add small amount of oil to help consistency. Add a little less than 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and stir in after removing from processor.
5. Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic green chile paste to onions and cook for a few minutes.
6. Add spice paste and cook, stirring frequently for 1-2 minutes.
7. Add chick peas, stir into mix, cover, turn down heat and simmer until peas are softened.
