Plain, simple, beef only meatloaf. No chunky veggies.
In a large bowl, mix the tomato paste, meatloaf seasoning, and eggs. With impeccably clean hands, crumble the ground beef into the tomato mixture. Add half the oatmeal and half the milk. Mix well. Add the rest of the meatloaf and milk, Mix well, adding oatmeal and/or milk until the consistency is not too dry, not too wet.
Divide the mixture into 5 equal sections. Place each section into loaf pans or 13" by 9" metal pans, separating the sections with aluminum foil. Put into oven preheated to 375° for about one hour, checking after 45 minutes. When done, put ketchup down the middle of each loaf. Turn the oven to Broil. Return the loaves to the oven for 10 minutes to brown the top.
Allow to set for 10 minutes before serving. Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or sliced and frozen, well-sealed in Ziplock freezer bags, for 1-2 months.
