Very easy way to have flaming cheese without the flame but all the taste!
Mix cheese, flour and garlic. Bake in a pie dish at 350? until cheese bubbles. Stir in pepper flakes to liking and orgegano. Return to heat if necessary. Sprinkle olives on top. Sometimes I buy tapenade (green/black mix) and use that, but drain first.
Serve with pita bread or Stacy's Pita Chips.
