Easiest biscuits ever. Same as Red Lobster.
Preheat oven to 400(F) degrees. Combine bis quick with cold butter. Break up butter to pea size pieces. Add grated cheese, milk, and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix together. Drop 1/4 cup size mounds on untreated cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 17 minutes.
Mix together the melted butter, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and salt. Brush on biscuits as soon as they come out of oven.
