Cook potatoes in water to cover until done but not mushy.
Remove potatoes and set them aside. KEEP WATER!
Add to water the soups, onion flakes, velveeta cheese, milk and butter.
Cook on LOW until cheese is melted.
Add potatoes and cook for about 5 more minutes.
Garnish with bacon, sour cream and green onions.
Serve warm (this is good in a bread bowl as well)
