Suggest a better descriptionCombine Cracker crumbs with 5 T of melted butter. Place into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake 5 minutes @ 350 degrees.
Place softened cream cheese in the mixing bowl and slowly blend it.
When creamed cheese is smooth, add 2 whole eggs(one at a time). beat well after each egg.
Continue beating mixture on low speed. Slowly add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon on Vanilla extract.
Pour creamed cheese mixture into the prepared pie crust.
Bake for 20 min.

Topping:
Blend 16 oz of sour cream with 1/4 cup of sugar.
Spread mixture over the top of the pie.
Turn off the oven.
Return the pie to the oven for 4 minutes.
Remove the pie from the oven . Let it cool briefly then place it in the refrigerator.
Optional:
Prior to serving, sPread fruit over the top .
