El Salvidorian cheese muffins.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs.
Combine flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Alternate between adding milk and cream mixture to the bowl with flour and baking powder. Beat until smooth.
Mix in cheese.
Put paper cups in muffin tray and fill each cup to 3/4ths with batter.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
