Deliciously cheesy spin on a classic family fave
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together bread and milk; mix in remaining ingredients except for cheese filling. Pat 1/2 of meat mixture into a greased loaf pan. Cover with Cheese filling. Cover the cheese mixture with the remaining meat mixture. Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes.
You can eliminate using sage by using sage sausage. You can also substitute a few squirts of mustard for dry mustard.
