Very easy but really good Italian dish
Take your cream cheese out of the fridge, and let it sit while you quickly brown the sausage.
On medium heat, brown the sausage and remove from the sauce pan. Drain the grease and wipeout the pan.
Add the broth, add room temp. cream cheese in small chunks to the pan. Stir until the cheese melts away. Add the two cans of tomatoes and seasonings. Turn up the heat and cover, bring to a slow boil for a few mins. and turn down the heat to a med./low and add the sausage.
Boil the tortellini in a pasta pot with salted water for 8 mins.
Then drain and add the tortellini to the sauce, stir in and cover, cook for another 5-10 mins., good time to cook a side or bake some cheesy garlic bread.
