Great warm cheesy based soup for cold wintery days.
Dissolve 2 chicken bouillon cubes (or 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules) into 4 c. boiling water
Add:
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1? c. small cubed potatoes
Cook 15 minutes. Then add:
1-10 oz. box of frozen chopped broccoli
1-10 oz. box of frozen chopped cauliflower
Cook 30 minutes. Add:
2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup
1 can water
1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
Heat until cheese melts. Stir often. Serve.
