0. Pre-heat oven - 350?.
1. Combine 1/4 cup ketchup, egg, bread crumbs, and onion powder.
2. Crumble beef over crumbs and mix well.
3. On large piece of waxed paper, pat beef mixture into a 10 x 6 - inch rectangle.
4. Spread remaining ketchup over meat to within 1/2 inch of long sides and 1 1/2 inch of short sides. Top with mustard and relish.
5. Place 4 slices of cheese on top of meat rectangle.
6. Roll up loaf, jelly-roll style, starting with short side and pulling away waxed paper while rolling. Seal seams and ends well.
7. Place loaf, seam side down, in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking pan.
8. Bake for 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
9. Cut last two slices of cheese in half, diagonally. Place on top of loaf. Bake until cheese is melted.
10. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
