The unexpected spin on the classic burger
Cut 1/2 onion into slices. Cut tomatoes in quarters set both aside. Cook ground meat over medium high heat, cut remaining onion diced and dice the pickles and combine with the meat in a large bowl add ketchup and mustard and mix well. To serve arrange the lettuce on plates and top with meat mixture, can be served with sliced hamburger buns toasted as crutons
