Cheesecake
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Place everything beside lemon juice into large bowl, mix well.
When smooth, add lemon juice.
Pour into springform that has been coated with butter then sprinkled with sugar,
Bake in warm oven preheated for about 50 minutes.
Dairy ingredients can be subbed with low or non-fat version,
Test after 45 minutes by sticking a dry toothpick into cake to prevent overbaking. Should be moist but not soaked.
