Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 450° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, sift together the circle and the flour. Add the 1 1/2 cups +2 tablespoons of cream.
Stir together just until moistened, then add the shredded cheese and bacon.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and using floured hands, pat into a rough Circle about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Don't kneed this dough.
Use a 3 inch biscuit cutter gift and flower to cut the biscuit rounds. If you don't have a biscuit cutter use a glass with the same circumference.
Place onto the baking sheet, and brush the tops with additional cream. Bake for 12 to 13 minutes until golden. And serve hot
Notes:
If you don't have self rising flour, the easy way to make self rising flour is for every cup of all-purpose flour, add 1 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
