Cook meat and onions until fully cooked and shred chicken (if using). Add green chiles, taco seasoning and water. Simmer until water is evaporated. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, cream of chicken soup and all of the cheese. Put 2-3 tablespoons of meat into tortillas and top with 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture and roll up. Fill 6 tortillas the same way with remaining cheese mixture. Top with salsa if you like and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
