Preheat oven to 450?.
Melt butter with garlic over low heat. Slice bread into 6 sections, and slice each section in half lengthwise. Dip the cut sides of the bread in the butter mixture, and place them on a baking sheet (cut side up). Mix together all the other ingredients and sprinkle on the bread.
Heat in oven for 8-10 minutes, watching the bread carefully to prevent burning. Then broil quickly for about 1 minute.
