A really tasty and healthy version of chicken nuggets
Heat an oven to 240degC.
Oil a large flat baking tray with the oil.
Break the egg into a cup and add the water and beat it thoroughly.
Crush the garlic cloves into a deep bowl.
Put the grated cheese and stuffing mix into another deep bowl and mix.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes of about 2cm and put it in the bowl with the garlic.
Thoroughly mix the chicken and garlic to coat all the pieces.
Add the beaten egg to the chicken and mix again to coat all sides of all pieces.
Doing about 6 pieces a time, remove the chicken pieces from the bowl with the garlic and egg, allowing them to drain, and transfer them to the bowl with the cheese and stuffing mix.
Roll the chicken pieces around to thoroughly coat them in crumbs and then remove them to the oiled baking tray.
Repeat this till all the chicken is coated in crumbs and on the tray.
Put the tray of chicken in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes or until the coating is browned and the chicken cooked.
If you do not have a fan forced oven you will probably need to turn the pieces over half way through so they brown on all sides.
