Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients, except corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
Put in casserole dish
Add corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter to top
Cover with aluminum foil
Cook for 60 minutes
Remove foil
Cook for 10 minutes uncovered
