In a separate pot melt: 8 T butter & 1/4 c. flour.
Add 2 c. milk, heating till thickened.
Add to vegetable mixture.
Add: 6 chicken bouillon cubes
2 t. basil
2 t. pepper
1 T. parsley
1 t. garlic salt
1 t. salt
Add 1 lb Velveeta cubes. Stir until melted....Serve hot!!
