Procedure:
In a pot combine cream of chicken soup, milk, and sour cream, salt, & pepper. In a dish pour half the bag of shredded potatoes and a layer of half cheese (half the bag). Add the rest of the potatoes and add soup mixture. Top with the remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
