Boil 4-5 medium potatoes, or 3 large potatoes. Pean and shred into a 9x9 pan. Add 1/4-1/2 cup whipping cream and 1/4-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix ingredients with a fork. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Top should be lightly golden brown.
