Cheesy Taco Meat Rice
- Place Cooked Rice in a mixing bowl
**Taco Meat**
- Cook Beef in a frying pan
- Add Taco Seasoning and 2/3 cup of Water to the frying pan with beef
- Continue cooking beef on low-med/4 for about 5 minutes to thicken
- Place Taco Meat in the same mixing bowl as the Cooked Rice
**Cheesy Sauce**
- Place cubed Velveeta, cream of chicken, and Rotel in a pot
- Cook on low-med/3, frequently stirring until Velveeta is melted
- Optionally add sweet corn, black beans, onion, garlic, salsa, or whatever.
- Pour into the same mixing bowl as the rice and meat
- Stir the rice, meat, sauce, and optional ingredients into the mixing bowl
- Pour the contents of the mixing bowl into a greased 9x13 baking pan(A larger baking pan may be needed depending on the optional ingredients added)
- Sprinkle exactly 1.2 buttloads of shredded cheese over the contents of the baking pan.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes
- Rest for 10 minutes (meal and you)
- Eat
Never use Garlic Salt! It's just garlic powder mixed with salt!
