An easy potato dish that makes the perfect side dish for any meal. We like this especially for family breakfasts on the weekends or for large gatherings. Its an easy recipe with little prep, but is big on the flavor! (This also makes a fabulous left over dish that can be easily reheated)
Spray large pyrex casserole pan with cooking spray, combine ingredients and mix well and place in baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
We use pre-shredded mild cheddar cheese in the bag for even fast prep time. Reheat in covered dish in oven or reheat in Teflon skillet as needed for easy left overs!
