Basic bread pudding
Combine eggs and milk,
Add sugar, mixing until completely dissolved.
Whisk in vanilla and cinnamon. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Break Bread into 1-inch squares. You can use Danish or Muffins but not
dark breads.
Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with vegetable spray.
Put bread and raisins in pan. Coat with 1 quart of the milk mixture.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
Uncover, bake for another 30 minutes.
Pudding will rise above pan and feel spongy.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
