Preheat oven to 400F. Mix sugar, nuts, oats, margarine, and flour until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups. Press remainder into bottom of 9in square dish. Stir cinnamon into pie filling. Spread over crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top, pressing in lightly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into squares.
