Small pies cooked in muffin pan.
Preheat oven to 375° Spray regular muffin pan with spray. Unroll individual crescent rolls and lay in tins. Put the widest part in bottom.
Scoop pie filling into each roll. Be generous with the filling. It's ok if some seeps out during baking. A good 3-4 heaping tablespoons should work. About 6 or so in each one.
Start folding the dough around the filling as best you can. You should have 3 corners to pull in. Leaving small open gaps is ok. The dough puffs up.
Bake about 13-14 minutes. Make sur rolls are completely cooked.
For glaze. In a bowl whisk together powered sugar and milk until it is smooth and r he consistency you like. With a spoon drizzle glaze over warm bites. You can remove bites and put on cooling rack with wax paper underneath.
