Add chestnuts and chicken stock. Bring to a boil then simmer partially covered for 30 minutes. Add dash of chestnut liquor if desired while simmering.
Immersion blend then add nutmeg and heavy cream to taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Add parsley for garnish.
