pear and goats cheese salad
Place the prepared salad onto 2 plates.
Slice each cored and quartered pear in two along the length and arrange in a flower on the salad.
Heat the 4 cheese halves in the microwave on low to medium heat for 1 minute and check to see if they start to run; if not heat again for a further minute.
Place the warm cheeses in the centre of the plates and sprinkle with the olive oil and lemon juice. Grind some pepper over if liked and also coriander if liked.
Serve immediately.
