Marinate the chicken with the above mentioned ingredients for a minimum of 2 hours, but preferably overnight.
Deep fry them till golden brown.
In another pan, heat some oil and add garlic, green chilies and the curry leaves.
Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well.
Marination time is the key!
