In medium bowl, combine egg white, 3 tsp soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well. Add chicken; stir to coat. Refrigerate 1 hr. In lg skillet, over high heat, brown chicken in oil; remove. Add mushrooms; cook and stir til tender. Add chicken, broccoli and remaining ings except rice; heat through. Serve with .75 C rice per serving.
