Use 1/2 stick of Unsalted Butter, place in large skillet and caramelize the Sweet Yellow Onion.
In the same skillet with the onions add 16 ounces of Long Grain Rice and the remaining 1/2 stick of Unsalted Butter. Brown the Rice until it is a golden brown and has puffed.
Pour in the 12 ounces of Tomato Base along with enough water (about 2 1/2 cups), add One Tablespoon
of Tomato Paste and One Tablespoon of Bouillon and stir until combined.
Stir rice occasionally to keep rice from burning or sticking to the bottom of the skillet.
When the water has been absorbed crumble cheese to your liking into the skillet and serve.
