You can make ahead and refrigerate or freeze. It is also a good "leftover" dish if you have leftover rice or cooked chicken.
Preheat oven to 350(F) degrees. Mix all ingredients together in desired casserole dish, coated with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes.
I think roasted chicken works best in this dish, but not necessary.
