1) In the crockpot, add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic cloves. Add in the Onion Powder, garlic powder and black pepper.
2) Season the raw chicken with salt, pepper, chicken rub and smoked paprika. Brown in some oil for about 4 minutes per side, then set aside.
3) In a large bowl, mix together the soups, ranch packet, and chicken broth. Stir to combine, then pour into the crockpot. Add the chicken and make sure that everything is covered with liquid.
4) Cook on high 4-6 hours or low for 8 hours.
5) When it's finished, remove the chicken and chop or shred it. Set aside. Add heavy cream and cheddar (reserve a little for serving), and stir to combine. Add the chicken back in as well as the bacon (reserve a little for serving), parsley, and additional salt and pepper if desired.
6) Serve hot with bacon, cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top.
