Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and lay in a large casserole dish.
Mix together softened cream cheese, mayonnaise or sour cream, and garlic (can add italian seasoning)
Stir in the quartered artichoke hearts, and half (1/4 cup) parmesan cheese. Mix until combined.
Spread the artichoke mixture over the chicken and top with remaining parmesan or mozzeralla cheese.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temp.)
