Suggest a better descriptionchop chicken and broccoli in chunks and aute in olive oil. Set aside to cool. In a mixer mix the cream cheese, sour cream, cream and eggs. Add parmesan, garlic powder and pepper to taste. Rub casserole with butter and coat with about 1/2 the pork rinds. Fold in the cheese ( a mixture of swiss and cheddar is good)with chiken and broccoli and stir in the creams Top with remaining pork rinds and parmesan. Bake in a 350 oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
