These tasty biscuits are good to have on hand. My big dogs wolf them down.
Preheat to 350F (180C).
Whisk the cornmeal and flour together and add the eggs, oil, milk, and broth. Mix well.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/4" thickness and cut into shapes.
Brush each cookie with the egg wash and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Cool on a wire rack.
For hard biscuits, cool in open oven for a couple of hours on low heat.
