Chicken Cabbage Salad
Bake or boil chicken breasts. Cut or crumble chicken into bite size pieces.
Mix together:
Chicken, sesame seeds, sliced almonds, cabbage, onions, and noodles.
Dressing:
Mix together pepper, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, and Ramen seasoning packet. Shake well before dressing salad.
Dress the salad and let it sit in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
This salad is easily doubled. You can also easily use canned chicken and packaged cabbage/cole slaw to save time. You can also use a purchased oriental salad dressing rather then making the dressing.
