Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350?F. Stir soup, sour cream, salsa, and chili powder in medium
bowl. Stir ½ soup mixture, chicken, and cheese in large bowl. Divide chicken
mixture among warmed tortillas. Roll up tortillas and place seam-side down in
a greased 9” X 13” baking dish. Pour remaining ½ soup mixture over filled
tortillas and cover baking dish.
Bake 40 minutes or until enchiladas are hot and bubbling. Top with tomatoes
and green onions. Serve with Mexican rice…see recipe for Mexican rice.
