Suggest a better descriptionHeat olive oil in deep pan. Add the chopped chicken breast. Saute until cooked through. Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and cumin seeds, cook for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, beer, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper and mix well. Simmer covered for 20 minutes. Add the kidney beans, corn and black olives. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in cilantro. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
