Put chicken in plastic bag with flour, salt and pepper. Shake and remove. Brown in olive oil and set aside once cooked.
Sautee onion, pepper, jalapeno, and garlic until soft in butter or olive oil. Add chicken broth, beer, beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add tomato, peanut butter, lime juice, cilantro and chicken and simmer additional 20 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese, sour cream and tortilla strips.
