Mix the milk and flour in a bowl with a whisk.
Dice up the meat into very fine pieces, and smash it to get pieces that are a little more malleable.
Slightly fry the onion in a small amount of oil, and immediately add the garlic, the peppers, and tomatoes. Upon adding this mixture, put this to the lowest heat setting, to get everything to cook (Leave on the pot cover).
When the peppers are soft, the vegetable mixture is ready. Put the chicken/turkey in the mixture, and mix this together to get a composite of meat and vegetables, for about 10 minutes. If it should happen to dry up, use some chicken broth/soup in the mix.
Add the milk/flour mix, and mix everything together for another 5 minutes, and remove from heat. Let this cool. Add the parsley, and using a spoon or your hand, make into balls slightly smaller than tennis balls. .
Beat the egg in a separate bowl, and put balls in the egg so bread crumbs will adhere. Put the bread crumbs in a separate bowl, and roll the balls in the bread crumbs to achieve an even coating. Fry the croquettes in a frying pan with hot oil, for just long enough to cook the bread crumb coating. Then serve and enjoy!
