Kind of like the Burger King chicken sandwiches
Preheat oven to 350
Pound out chicken breasts so that they are very thin
Coat with flour, then egg, then bread crumbs
If there's time, put cutlets into fridge for 30 minutes. If no time, that's ok too.
Heat olive oil and butter together in large pan
When hot, put breasts in pan and cook on both sides
Put rolls on a baking pan, open faced
Put sauce and cheese on rolls (you can put ham on if you have it and you like it)
Put chicken on rolls when it's done
Put baking sheet in oven
Bake until cheese is melted and rolls are soft
