Suggest a better description1. Daikon schälen, in dicke Scheiben schneiden, Kanten der Scheiben abstumpfen, auf einer Seite ein Kreuz bis zur Hälfte einschneiden
2. Chicken mit Salzwasser waschen
3. Chicken und Daikon schön in den Topf geben
4. Wasser dazugeben bis fast alles unter Wasser ist
5. Esslöffel Zucker rein
6. Mit Alufolie Deckel abdecken und 1.5h kochen lassen
7. Danach 120 - 140ml ?? und chili rein und nochmal 1.5h kochen lassen
