Great flavor for over pan fried chicken breast

Heat oil in wiped out chicken frying pan over medium heat.
Stir in stock, water, dill and as much mustard as you like I used half of a ketchup size packet.
Stir to blend well over heat.
Remove pan from heat stir in butter and sour cream.
Season with salt and pepper
If sauce seams to thick, add water one teaspoon at a time to thin so that itis a drizzling consistency.
Serve over pan seared chicken with steamed broccoli
Fresh dill is the trick!
