Suggest a better descriptionput shredded chicken in large bowl. add 1 can enchilada sauce. mix until well blended. add 2 cups shredded cheese and mix. add 1 cup cooked white rice and al spices. mix. place filling into centers of tortillas and roll up. put a little enchilada sauce in bottom on 9X13 pan and place seam-side down. cover with remining enchilada sauce and 1 cup colby/jack cheese. bake 375 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
