Mix the soup and sour cream together. Spoon mixture down the middle of each tortilla. Add the cooked chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Roll the tortilla up and lay down flat in an ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle the tops of the rolled tortillas with cheese if desired.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
